How does Donework use homework photos?

A parent selects the homework diary or message and relevant question pages. Donework identifies the work, asks for missing information when needed and builds an ordered plan. The original Donework photos are not saved to the account.

Should parents review AI-generated worksheets?

Yes. Vybd formats educational material for practice, but AI-generated content can contain errors. A parent, tutor or teacher should review it before use.

Vybd is a product of DILMIL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62010HR2026PTC144799, which operates vybd.in and is the data fiduciary for this Service. Its registered office is House No. 722, First Floor, Sector 26, Panchkula, Haryana 134116.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use Vybd:

Account data: mobile phone number (used for authentication via OTP), a 4-digit PIN (stored as a one-way hash).

Child profile data: child's first name, grade (1–10), board (CBSE/ICSE/State Board), school name (optional), learning preferences, and interests. This data is provided voluntarily by the parent and is used exclusively to personalise educational content.

Usage data: content generation history (type, subject, chapter, grade, board), Homework to Donework plans and completion records, purchase history, feedback ratings and comments. We also keep privacy-limited daily product activity for up to 180 days using a random account identifier. These rows contain approved event counts and broad categories only—not phone numbers, photos, prompts, generated content, comments, payment IDs, URLs, or device identifiers—and the admin dashboard exposes aggregates rather than individual activity.

Photos you select: for photo-based features, the selected image and any text visible in it are processed to create the requested educational content. Please crop names, faces, school IDs, contact details, and anything not needed for the task before uploading. For reliable worksheet delivery, Vybd securely keeps an encrypted recovery copy for up to 24 hours. It is deleted sooner after successful delivery, if you discard it, or when your account is deleted, and is never added to Saved Photo Sources.

Technical data: our infrastructure and analytics providers may automatically process IP address, browser/device information, and service events needed for security, authentication, reliability, and basic product measurement. We do not request precise location.

2. Why We Collect It

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Vybd service: authenticating your account, personalising generated content to your child's learning style, preserving your content history so you can reprint it, processing plan and wallet purchases, and operating the referral programme.

3. How We Store & Protect It

All data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) infrastructure located in secure data centres. PINs are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — we never store your PIN in plaintext on our servers. Access to the database is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

4. Children's Data

A parent or guardian must create and manage the Vybd account. For children below Grade 5, Homework to Donework addresses the parent. For Grade 5 and above, its coaching may address the learner while the account remains under the parent or guardian's control. Child profile information is provided by the parent or guardian and is used to personalise educational content. Parents should supervise photo selection and crop unnecessary identifiers before upload.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell data or use child profiles, learning data, photos, prompts or generated work for advertising. Google/Firebase provides infrastructure, analytics and conversion measurement. Google Ads receives one account-created receipt without phone, account ID, child detail, curriculum, media, prompt or payment ID. Ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain denied. Meta measurement follows the same boundary.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and content history while your account is active unless a feature states a shorter period. Homework to Donework plans, their derived completion records, and non-reversible retry metadata are automatically deleted after 90 days; original photos submitted for Homework to Donework are not stored in Vybd's database. If you request account deletion, we remove account and learning data subject to lawful exceptions. Tax invoices, credit notes and the minimum billing evidence required for statutory, audit, dispute and fraud-prevention duties are retained separately for the legally required period and cannot recreate your account.

7. Your Rights (Under DPDPA 2023)

8. Cookies & Local Storage

localStorage keeps sessions, preferences and bounded UTM labels for 30 days; Vybd stores no ad click ID. Google conversion measurement uses no ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization or enhanced conversions. Optional Meta measurement is off by default; you may enable or withdraw it in Settings. We do not sell data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Where consent or a fresh contractual acceptance is legally required, Vybd will ask you to review and accept the change.

Vybd is a product of DILMIL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62010HR2026PTC144799; GSTIN 06AAMCD6690C1ZJ), with registered office at House No. 722, First Floor, Sector 26, Panchkula, Haryana 134116. By using Vybd ("the Service"), you contract with this company and agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Vybd is an AI-powered educational tool for families with school children (Grades 1–10). A parent or guardian creates and manages the account. Most generated worksheets, study notes, quizzes, and other educational material are intended to be printed and used offline; Homework to Donework may provide on-screen, age-scaled coaching under the parent or guardian's supervision.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a parent or legal guardian to create and manage an account. A child may use learner-facing Homework to Donework coaching only under the account holder's permission and supervision. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or guardian.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Educational content generated by Vybd — including worksheets, study notes, mock exams, quizzes, revision sheets, stories, and explanations — is AI-assisted and is instructed to create new material from the source and learning goal supplied. AI output can still contain factual errors, outdated information, inaccuracies, or wording that resembles material seen during training or in an uploaded source. Vybd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of generated content. Parents, guardians, and teachers should always review it before providing it to students. Vybd shall not be liable for educational outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on generated content. Generated content is intended for supplementary practice only and does not replace school instruction, textbooks, or professional tutoring.

4. Third-Party Trademarks

Vybd references textbook names (such as NCERT, Selina Concise, ML Aggarwal, RD Sharma, RS Aggarwal, Lakhmir Singh, Oxford, Frank, Ratna Sagar, Balbharati, Navneet) and board names (CBSE, ICSE, CISCE, and various State Boards) solely to help parents identify curriculum-compatible content. These names are trademarks of their respective owners. Vybd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of these publishers or boards. Use of these names constitutes nominative fair use for the purpose of indicating compatibility.

5. Source Material & Generated Content

Vybd can create new educational material or, when you deliberately choose a source-based feature such as Clean Copy, transform material that you upload. You confirm that you own the uploaded material or have permission to use it for this purpose, and you must not upload material unlawfully. AI-assisted output can contain errors or wording that resembles an uploaded source or material seen during model training; Vybd does not guarantee originality. Publisher and board names are used only to identify curriculum compatibility. Rights holders may contact ceo@dilmiltech.com about a specific output.

6. Wallet Credit & Payments

Platform plan and wallet-purchase prices shown by Vybd are the base price, exclusive of GST. For purchases processed under Dilmil's GST checkout, we show the exact base, applicable 18% GST (CGST/SGST or IGST based on the billing State), and final amount before payment. A wallet top-up credits the contracted base wallet value; using that wallet for a generation, releasing a hold, or receiving promotional credit is not taxed a second time under the current policy. Eligible GST-processed purchases receive a Dilmil tax invoice in Billing & invoices.

The Service offers the following ways to access content: (1) a Starter Plan with a base price of ₹49/month (or ₹499/year) providing 25 worksheet generations per month, and (2) a pay-as-you-go wallet balance in Indian Rupees for premium content — base top-up prices of ₹100, ₹1,000 (credited as ₹1,100), or ₹10,000 (credited as ₹12,000). For purchases processed under Dilmil's GST checkout, applicable 18% GST is added once and the exact total is shown before payment. New users receive ₹100 promotional credit upon signup to try premium content. Wallet credit never expires. For most paid AI generation, Vybd temporarily reserves ₹30 from the wallet, charges the actual generation amount up to ₹30 only after a usable result is delivered, and automatically returns the unused amount. Donework uses a separate daily limit: it reserves no more than ₹10 once per child per day when an AI plan or coach request is confirmed, charges only successful AI work against that daily amount, and automatically returns the unused amount. A typed Donework plan is free. If no usable result is delivered, the final generation charge is ₹0 and the relevant reservation is returned. Wallet consumption, holds, returns and promotional credits are not new real-money purchases and are not taxed again under the current policy. Some shared or cached items have a fixed price shown before purchase; reopening an item already unlocked for that account may be free. Accounts created before the rupee wallet was introduced had every remaining Vibe converted at exactly ₹20 per Vibe — the same value at which Vibes were sold. The Starter Plan's current ₹49/month and ₹499/year base rates are introductory/promotional; the regular base price is ₹149/month and ₹1,499/year. All purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. The Starter Plan can be cancelled anytime. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless the Service fails to deliver content after charging your wallet, in which case the charge is restored. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change (including the end of promotional pricing) with reasonable notice.

7. Referral Programme

Users may share their referral code. When a referred user completes their first content generation, both the referrer and the referred user receive ₹40 bonus wallet credit. Vybd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals or fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of bonus credit and/or account suspension.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any purpose other than generating educational content for your child, attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI generation system, create multiple accounts to exploit free credit or referral bonuses, or share your account credentials with others.

9. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Vybd is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print, share, and use generated content for your child's education. The Vybd brand, logo, and platform design remain our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vybd shall not be liable for: any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, any educational outcomes or exam results, any loss or damage arising from reliance on generated content, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may request account deletion from Settings or contact support if you cannot access the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused wallet credit is forfeited unless the termination is initiated by us without cause or applicable law requires a different treatment.

12. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Where law or the changed commercial terms require fresh acceptance, Vybd will ask you to review and accept the revised terms before the affected service continues.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
